Memorial Day, in Las Vegas it is considered the start of summer and the master-planned community of Summerlin is ready for all types of outdoor activities. There are community centers and pools, trials and parks that offer many types of fields for sports.
Danielle Bisterfeldt, vice president of marketing of Summerlin stated “Community centers and pools serve as gathering places for families, and bring friends and neighbors together in a relaxed and fun setting. They also provide programming like swimming lessons and special activities that cater to community residents.”
Summerlin has six major community centers; five of these centers offer large pools and other water features. The Summerlin resident only community centers with pools are located in The Willows, The Trails and The Vistas plus the two public community centers and pools are The Veteran’s Memorial Leisure Services Center in The Arbors and The Aquatic Springs Indoor Pool operated by Clark County. This facility was funded, built and designed and built by The Howard Hughes Corp.
Summerlin is home to many new neighborhoods besides existing areas. If you own an existing home in the Las Vegas Valley and are looking for a newly built home in Summerlin from the following homebuilders- Pulte Homes and Woodside Homes contact the Nevada Builders Trade-In Program operated by The Smith Team. We work with these plus Beazer Homes and Century Communities as well with other builders other than our builder partners that are sitting with standing inventory and we offer similar benefits as the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program.
Keep in mind that whether you are interested in buying a home or selling a home, a Realtor should represent you– this person is working for your benefit and will help you navigate through the buying or selling process. I have thirteen years in New Home Sales and sixteen years in General Real Estate sales!
Thanks and make it a terrific day…………Robin
