it started off with Dan Krynzel, explained to him about family getting bigger needed bigger place. Thats when he recommended Robin from the Smith King team to us. Robin very knowledgeable about vegas, any type of home, any area, anything you want to see, when you want to see it, everything was arranged to our convenience. Sometime home photos doesnt explain enough about what you getting into, thats why we ended up looking over 10+ places. Whenever Robin busy, Ashley (her team member) would step in to help us out, we kept the search going daily untill we finally found the right one (thank you Ashley!!!). They all about your happiness with the home than a rush to settle, which is great! once we settle on a home, offering and countering strategy were really well planned! once the home settle its paper work time! Now days everything can be sign and do through the phone, it soo convenient and it save soo much time. We were able to close early before schedule thanks to Lisa (Smith King closing team).

They took care of all the paperwork and signatures on line, except for the final signatures at the title company. A couple of days later the check was automatically deposited to our account.
