From the first day we looked at the house we wanted to buy, with Sarah and Amanda as our first contacts, the Smith King Team kicked into High gear to make the purchase a reality.

When we told Robin that we wanted to wait until after the purchase was completed before we put our residence, of almost 27 years, on the market, she happily complied. After a slight delay due to a seller request for an extension before we took possession, we moved into our new home. We quickly readied our older house for sale and let Robin know it was ready for showing. Robert soon appeared at the house with a photographer and then he wrote an accurate report of upgrades about the house. The home was listed on Zillow Thursday night, first shown on Friday, and an open house was provided over the weekend. Robin came by Monday afternoon with nine viable offers.
