Summerlin’s developers are pleased to recognize the growing number of women in the industry — both their professional achievements and their contributions to making Summerlin such a place to buy a home and establish roots.
The following women have been working hard to make Summerlin a place to call home.
Shanon Gerrity is the director of purchasing for Richmond American Homes and has over 25 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. Gerrity also devotes significant time to the homebuilding nonprofit, HomeAid.,
Jen Horton is the director of strategic marketing for KB Home’s Las Vegas division, utilizing extensive data to understand demographics Plus targeting buyer preferences and consumer trends to appeal to future homeowners.
Robyn Hogan, vice president of land acquisition for Toll Brothers’ Las Vegas Division, is a 22-year homebuilding veteran. She joined Toll Brothers in 2018 and recently made the move into a land acquisition in 2021.
Kendra Saffle is the manager of land planning and entitlements for PulteGroup’s Las Vegas division. She has worked in the homebuilding industry for more than 25 years and throughout her career, she has helped to design more than 200 neighborhoods.
Rene Archer is a customer care representative at Crystal Canyon by Woodside Homes in Summerlin. She started her career in the homebuilding industry when she learned how to lay tile from her father, who was a tile mason. In 2020, she joined Woodside Homes, where she continues to thrive, applying her intimate knowledge of construction to assist homebuyers through the building process.
Jessica Crnkovic is a senior customer care representative for Tri-Point and has worked in the industry for more than six.
Erin Scott also works for Tri-State as an area customer care manager. She is an eight-year veteran of the homebuilding industry.
Amanda Borders, a Las Vegas native who has lived in Summerlin for 25 years, is the manager of the Las Vegas Experience Center for Lennar. She has worked in the industry for 18 years.
