The Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas will be located in the MacDonald Highlands community in Henderson. It is suburban living, however, in an amenities-filled high-rise behind a guard gated golf community. No other high-rise can be built in Henderson, as per an agreement with the city.
This luxury project will include 171 high-rise residences with panoramic views and six standalone, family-style villas. The project offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle with a contemporary desert design. There will also be resort-inspired amenities and fully-serviced luxury living at The Four Seasons. Amenities at the residences will also feature a signature restaurant from Elizabeth Blau + Associates, a gym and spa, access to the community’s members-only country club, and more.
The Four Seasons Private Residences are set to open in the fourth quarter of 2025. This undertaking has been dubbed an oasis tucked in the mountains, yet minutes from the Strip. Construction on both towers started in 2020. This standalone residential project in the exclusive enclave of MacDonald Highlands, in partnership with Azure Resorts and Hotels and Luxus Development.
The homes will range from 2,300 to 7,300 square feet, with 500 to 5,000 square feet of exterior space. Other amenities include residents having private garages, outdoor kitchens, and dining areas, as well as access to Dragon Ridge Country Club and other community amenities at MacDonald Highlands, such as trails and pickleball courts. Homes are priced at $3.1 million for a two-bedroom and up to $30 million for penthouses. A few units also come with a private pool. That price range does not include the villas, as those prices have not been disclosed yet. Currently, there are already 40 residences in escrow.
