Mijo will offer a progressive menu where prime meats, fresh whole fish, and elevated street food favorites are presented with an unconventional twist.
You will be able to explore Mexico’s most beloved spirits with Mijo’s one-of-a-kind tequila and mezcal program guided by tequila experts, in addition to tequila lockers that hold hidden gems. Bel-Aire Backyard: Snuggled in the landscape of towering palm trees and verdant shrubbery, Bel-Aire Backyard invites guests to the ultimate poolside oasis—an aquatic haven to bask in the sun, relax, and dance to music. Bel-Aire Backyard will provide an unparalleled VIP experience with private cabanas, oversized daybeds, and inviting pool chairs. Other eateries are in a lofty electric food hall featuring culinary delights in a lively communal dining experience. There will also be other culinary partners joining the signature restaurant lineup.
The area around Eat Your Heart Out features each eatery having its own unique storefront, which captures the personality of its original location. Spanning 25,000 square feet, the eatery will be home to enticing culinary offerings from new-to-market concepts including Los Angeles staple Irv’s Burgers, New York’s Prince Street Pizza, and the Hawaiian-centric Ai Pono Café, as well as local favorites such as Shang Artisan Noodle and Yu Or Mi Sushi.
