Halloween is usually celebrated in a big way here in the Las Vegas Valley as well as other parts of the country. This year is different. We all want to enjoy this festive holiday and still stay safe by wearing a mask (that’s easy) and follow social distancing.
Here are some tips to follow:
You can leave treats outside on a table in bags.
Have indoor or backyard scavenger hunt for candy with your family and those that you have in your bubble.
You can get creative and make a chute out of PVC pipe that can deliver wrapped candy to the trick or treaters. Make it interesting by decorating the area. The PVC pipe should be 3 inches wide so the candy will fit and slide down.
Why not host a virtual costume party with your friends and family. You can make it into a contest and give prizes for the best costumes in a few categories. Of course the prizes will be delivered the next day.
Have a family pumpkin carving contest.
I am sure you can probably think of a few other safe things to do to make Halloween special especially for the kids. I love Halloween and usually go all out with decorations and costumes.
Keep in mind that whether you are interested in buying a home or selling a home, a Realtor should represent you– this person is working for your benefit and will help you navigate through the buying or selling process. I have thirteen years in New Home Sales and seventeen years in General Real Estate sales! We have celebrated selling both New and Resale Homes for over thirty years…..
I am here to answer any questions you might have – just email or call me.
Thanks and make it a terrific day…………Robin
