This mansion is located in the exclusive area called The Summit Club, in Summerlin. The sales of this home is one of the most expensive home sales ever in Southern Nevada. A suburban Las Vegas mansion selling for nearly $19 million.
The Summit Club is a wealthy enclave in Summerlin and the mansion traded hands last week for $18.95 million, property records show.
The home spans 9,427 square feet, with five-bedrooms and eight-bathrooms located at 11091 Stardust Drive. The house itself boasts wood-beam ceilings, a game room, a golf simulator and a main bedroom with a “spa-like bathroom” that features an outdoor shower, according to listing materials.
There is also a “secluded private apartment” with its own stairs, elevator, living room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry, according to the listing.
This marks the highest-priced home sale of the year in Las Vegas and appears to be the second-most expensive ever locally. According to sources this was a cash purchase.
High-end market ‘solid’
Of all the home sales in Las Vegas, Luxury homes comprise a fraction of all home sales in the Las Vegas Valley, given their big asking prices, however this slice of the market heated up last year along and still remains strong.
Experts say the luxury market overall has been solid. The raise in mortgage prices has almost no effect on luxury homes.
