It seems wherever you go in the Las Vegas Valley, all the communities really love dogs. Cadence, a popular master-planned community in Henderson, has an area set aside in the Desert Pulse Park just for our four-legged kids named Dakota Dog Park.
Dakota Dog Park has an open turf area, a picnic area, designated area for small and large dogs, a climbing wall and covered structures. Plus there are walking trails for humans and dogs alike (maybe you should get a Fitbit for your furry friend).
Cadence Animal Hospital is also within the master-plan, so you can go there for your dog’s veterinarian needs.
The master-planned community of Cadence marks its 5th year since the first home was sold. Located in Henderson, Cadence ranked number 9 in sales countrywide in 2019. That is a huge jump from the ranking in 2018 of 19th.

Cadence even has launched a bike-share program, with 20 bicycles and 30 bike racks scattered around the community for people to use free of charge with an online registration. There are also two fitness centers – one for the master-planned community and the other is for Heritage at Cadence, the 55 plus active adult neighborhood within Cadence.
