The newest villages in the master-planned community of Summerlin are starting to take shape. That means that Summerlin will be even more west than it is now.
The new villages Redpoint and Redpoint Square are located west of the 215 Beltway, just north of the Far Hills Exit. At the moment there are five actively selling neighborhoods in the districts including Crystal Canyon by Woodside Homes.
Crystal Crossing offers two collections of homes. Collection One consists of three single-story floors plans from 1650 to 1830 square feet. Collection Two has three two-story floor plans in the 2300 range.
Summerlin West encompasses the last acreage in Summerlin. These villages will be made up of a diverse mixture of types of residences plus retail and office spaces. Of course there will be lots of open spaces, parks and trails.
