Summerlin West is the newest area taking shape in the master-plan of Summerlin and has seen major growth and popularity. The neighborhoods offer around 60 floor plans in thirteen neighborhoods built by eight of the nation’s top homebuilders.
The area is west of the 215 Beltway and north of Far Hills Avenue. Redpoint and Redpoint Square are situated on elevated terrain overlooking the valley, offering beautiful vantage points and vistas. There are four large community parks, or paseos, under early development in these districts, with completion scheduled throughout 2023 and 2024. It is located near the 215 Beltway, making it easy and convenient to get just about anywhere in the valley.
The 60 unique floor plans are single-story, two-story, and even three-story homes. Plus, there are townhomes, condos, and paired homes. Prices start in the mid $400,000s and go up to expansive luxury homes priced at more than $1 million.
In the district of Redpoint, eight neighborhoods are actively for sale. Some neighborhoods offer all single-story homes. There are also single-story and two-story home areas.
In the district of Redpoint Square, five neighborhoods are actively for sale. There are both three-story and two-story homes. It is also a neighborhood of duplex floor plans. Three neighborhoods offer townhome floor plans. Highline features seven townhome floorplans.
